CaninoCaracas
CaninoCaracas was born from a clear opportunity: in Caracas, finding a professional dog trainer means asking in WhatsApp groups or relying on personal referrals. There is no reliable directory or simple way to compare options.
So I built exactly that.
The model is rank & rent: I rank the site on Google and Google Maps for searches like “dog trainer Caracas” or “dog training caracas”, and when pet owners arrive, I refer them to professional trainers who pay a monthly fee for the leads.
Strategy
The focus wasn’t just traditional SEO. The key has been building a content structure that Google interprets as local authority:
- Individual service pages for each type of training (basic obedience, behavior modification, socialization)
- Blog articles targeting common pet owner questions
- Downloadable PDF guides answering the most common pet owner questions and adding authority to the site
- Google Business profile optimized with photos, posts, and reviews
- Local SEO with citations on Venezuelan directories
Automation and CRM
The project also let me automate the operation. When an owner asks for info via WhatsApp, a flow captures their data automatically and the request is integrated into a CRM I built. Leads arrive organized, without manual note-taking or losing any of them.
